1. The MyWay Platform

MyWay is a technology platform connecting users seeking transportation ("Passengers") with users offering rides ("Drivers"). MyWay is solely a platform to facilitate carpooling. We do not provide transportation services and do not employ drivers.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete information.
• MyWay reserves the right to suspend accounts that fail identity verification (CNIC, Driver's License).

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass or discriminate against other users.
• Use the Service to operate an unauthorized commercial taxi business.

4. Carpooling Rules

• For Drivers: You agree to drive safely, hold a valid driver's license, and possess valid vehicle insurance.
• For Passengers: You agree to be punctual and pay the agreed-upon fare contribution.
• Fare Proposals: All fare contributions are negotiated directly between the Driver and Passenger within the app prior to the ride.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. While we verify user identities, we do not guarantee the absolute safety or quality of Drivers or Passengers. MyWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or physical damages resulting from your use of the Service.
