MyWay does not use algorithm-controlled surge pricing. Instead, the Driver and Passenger negotiate and agree on a fair contribution directly within the app before the ride begins.

Is MyWay safe?

Yes. Safety is our top priority. All users must verify their phone numbers, and Drivers must submit their CNIC and Driver's License for manual approval before they can publish a route.

How do I become a Driver?

Open the app, switch to "Driver Mode" in the side menu, and fill out the Driver Application. You will need to upload your driving license and vehicle details. Our team reviews applications within 24-48 hours.

Can I cancel a ride request?

Yes, you can cancel a ride request if your plans change. However, we encourage all users to communicate with their match promptly to respect each other's time.
