• Location Data: Precise geolocation data. Drivers broadcast live location. Passengers use location to find rides.
• Device Information: OS, device model, and crash logs.
• Usage Data: Ride requests, route publishing, and search history.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To Provide the Service: Match drivers with passengers.
• Safety and Security: Verify identity and prevent fraud.
• Communication: Push notifications for ride requests.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information:

• With Other Users: To facilitate rides (names, verification badges, live location).
• With Service Providers: Supabase (database) and mapping APIs.
• For Legal Reasons: If required by law enforcement.

4. Special Notice on Location Data (Google Play Compliance)

• Foreground Location: Used to display your position on the map.
• Background Location: If you broadcast a route as a Driver, the app requires background location to ensure passengers can track your arrival.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account. You can do this in the app via Settings > Delete Account, or by emailing mywayisb@gmail.com. Upon request, all location histories and personal identifiers will be purged within 30 days.
